Q: I would like to ask Love'N'Lace a question regarding sexy lingerie but I do not want my comment to appear to the public. What should I do?
A: You can contact us via the contact form at our website OR you can e-mail us personally at mylovenlace@gmail.com. We will get back to you the soonest we can.
Q: I would like to make a purchase as a gift to a special someone. Can you deliver it to him/her?
A: Yes. Please specify at "Remarks/Message" that it is a gift and provide us the recipient's name and address when you are placing your order.
Q: I would like my goods to be sent to outside Malaysia. Is it possible?
A: No. We only ship to Malaysia address.
Q: Will my name be revealed to public for purchasing goods from your website?
A: No. We do not reveal our customers names to public.
Q: Will you mark the package sent to my address as "lingerie"?
A: No. We will mark the package that you ordered as "gift-clothes" before sending it to your address.
Q: I have received the notification e-mail but I forgot to make payment. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately. If we do not receive payment after 3 working days from the day the notification e-mail was sent, the item will be marked as "AVAILABLE" for public to purchase. However, if you manage to contact us before the item was sold to other customer, you can still make your payment and we will deliver it to you.
Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A: It will usually arrive within 5 working days. We will provide you the tracking number as soon as it is available.
Q: I do not like the goods that I have just received. Can you refund me?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of goods and we do not provide refund to our customers. If you are unsure about an item description before placing your order, do not hesitate to contact us as we will try our best to answer your questions.
